Managing Partner
Kevin leads Creative’s overall investment activities, including deal sourcing, financing and portfolio management.
He has been involved in commercial real estate since 2000, running both acquisitions and development, as well as a third-party advisory platform.
He received a BS in Business with a finance concentration from Indiana University Kelly School of Business in 2000.
Scott Hackmeyer
Chief Financial Officer
Scott joined Creative in 2015.
He oversees the financial and administrative operations for the Creative portfolio of companies.
He received his MBA from University of Miami, Florida and a BBA from University of Miami, Florida.
Julian Eisenberg
Associate
Julian coordinates asset management, leasing, and acquisitions for the Creative portfolio.
He earned a BS in Business with a concentration in Commercial Real Estate from Florida State University.
